Can I upgrade individual organizations?
Yes. With the Small team plan, you pay $69/month. You can choose which organizations to upgrade while keeping others on the Solo founder plan.
What happens when I hit the 50MB VDR limit on the Solo founder plan?
You won't be able to upload additional files until you either delete existing files or upgrade to the Small team plan, which gives you multiple VDRs with 250MB each.
What features are included on the Solo founder plan?
The Solo founder plan includes BMC, Customer Discovery, Team, Roadmap, and Metrics. You get 1 VDR with 50MB storage. Small team adds OKRs, multiple VDRs (250MB each), unlimited team members, priority support, and more.
What's the difference between Small team and Growing startup?
The Growing startup plan includes everything in Small team, but with significantly more VDR storage (500MB per VDR vs 250MB). Ideal for organizations that need to share large documents with investors and stakeholders.
Can I cancel my Small team subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your organization will revert to the Solo founder plan at the end of your billing period, and you'll retain access to all your data.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Annual billing options will be available after the beta period. Contact us if you're interested in annual pricing for multiple organizations.
