Share documents with confidence and control

Virtual data rooms
& shareable links

Structured folders, view-only links, optional passwords and expiry, and built-in analytics.

What you can do

A simple VDR for sharing company docs with the right controls and visibility.

File & Folder Structure

Create VDRs per purpose (fundraise, diligence, board). Organize folders and files clearly.

Shareable Links

Generate view-only access links for external stakeholders without giving them an account.

Analytics

See when links are opened and which files get previewed or downloaded.

How to set up a VDR

Keep it simple. Your VDR is only as good as how quickly someone can find the right file.

Step 1

Create a VDR

Create one VDR for a specific workflow (e.g., “Fundraise”, “DD”, “Board”). Add folders to match how investors review.

Step 2

Upload and organize files

Add documents to folders and keep naming consistent. PDFs are easiest to preview for viewers using shareable links.

Step 3

Configure sharing settings

Use VDR settings to manage access controls like passwords, expiry, and download permissions (when enabled).

How shareable links work

Shareable links provide view-only access to your VDR without requiring recipients to log in.

Step 1

Create a shareable link

Generate a link for a specific VDR when you are ready to share externally.

Step 2

Add guardrails

Optionally require a password and set an expiry date. You can also disable downloads to keep access view-only.

Step 3

Review activity

Track link opens and file-level activity (previews/downloads) to understand engagement and follow up effectively.

What viewers can do

Viewers can browse folders and files, preview PDFs, and download files when downloads are allowed for the link.

Ship a clean VDR in minutes

Organize docs once, share securely, and track engagement.
